About Tracy Muloin

Vice Chair
Representing the environmental community

Tracy and his wife have been seasonal residents of Seba Beach since the mid ‘90s in a family cabin that was built in 1945. For the last 10 years they have been joined by their two kids, which are now the 4th generation to enjoy summers in the family’s Seba cabin. Tracy has a Bachelor of Environmental Science and a Master of Science degree in Soil Chemistry from the University of Alberta. He was employed as an environmental consultant from 2004 to 2009, supporting oil producers in managing their environmental liabilities. Tracy has spent the last 10 years with an environmental contracting firm working on various reclamation and remediation projects throughout western Canada.
